The Concept of Act in Criminal Law

Act is an essential concept in the theory of criminology in Criminal Law.However,people have different concepts about act.This article suggests the concept of act should be researched from the stand of Criminal Law and the objective elements of crime.The author holds that act in Criminal Law refers to body activities which violate Criminal Law and infringe on legal interests under one's control.Act has four characters of corporeality,intention,harmfulness and illegitimacy.
