On the Consummation of Legislation and Systems Regarding Bribery

This paper intends to establish the principle of "rights conformed with duties",relevantly enlarging the sphere of bribe-taking and adjusting the standards of bribery regarding the drawbacks existing in the legislation of bribery.And puts forward the new system of curbing crimes of bribe-taking.This paper also compares American plea bargaining and China's prisoners' dilemma.Finally,this paper puts forward the notion of combining legislation and supervision towards crimes of bribery to uplift the judiciary efficiency.
