A Legal Discussion Evoked by Two Cases on College Students Administration

On the basis of analysis on two disputes happened between college students and school authorities,this paper shows that the only way for college student administration to get out of the difficult situation is to follow up the student-oriented principle,rule the university by law,absorb humanistic elements and filter illegal content in formulation of school rules and integrate rights,responsibility and value in school rules.
