Governance Mechanism of Innovational City Government Based on Innovational Industrial Cluster

Innovation is becoming the core drive for industrial cluster and regional economic level.Based on the concept of innovational industrial cluster's conception and its advantages,and the characteristics,layer structure and functional mechanism of new innovational city,this article analyses the correlative mechanism between innovational industrial cluster and innovational city.In the end,it puts forward some interactive development strategies and relevance governance mechanism.
