Abolition of Agricultural Tax and the Supply of Agricultural Public Production

This paper puts forward that the central and local governments must strengthen the investment to the public production in the rural areas and in particular strengthens the village-level capacity, in order to establish the multi-capital-accumulating system of the public production for more of public production in the rural areas.
