A Research on Designing an Evaluation Index System for Chinese Technology Human Resource

Based on the systematic analysis of technology human resource status,this research designs a tentative evaluation index system.It adopts a partial correlation coefficients method and variance coefficients method to choose measuring index and makes a case clustering analysis of thirty one areas according four aspects,supporting that the last fifteen synthesis evaluation index which this research adopts is credible.A technology human resource evaluation index system that matches the situation of our country and logical is proposed.
