On the Legal Protection of Environmental Interests

Crime committed to the environment is the damage to the eco system,and it is based on protecting environmental interests that environment law is legislated.The current legislative regulations do not take the particularity of environmental crime into consideration,and focuses more on human and property protection,overlooking the protection of environmental interests.This will lead to an imbalanced development of economy and the eco system.This paper proposes a few suggestions to compliment the current legislative regulations with a focus on protecting environmental interests.
