Empirical Analysis on Factors Influencing the Value of the High-technology Corporations

The study is based on the data from the listed corporations in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange during the year 2002-2004.Multiple linear regression method is applied to analyze the factors influencing corporation value.Results show that main factors that influence corporation value are the tangible assets,research and development cost.The ability of the company could influence the corporation value.It could effectively increase the corporation value through combing the ability with assets.
