The Establishment of Strategic Regulation Relations and the Reconstruction of Risk Management System of Banks

A bank must deal with risks to maximize value as an enterprise does.At the same time,the external regulation ensures that banks operate normally.Regulators and banks should establish strategic regulation relationship to avoid regulation corruption and high up regulation efficiency during the game process.Now,it is urgent to reconstruct the internal risk management system of a bank under strategic regulation relationship framework.And a bank should reconstruct risk management system through establishing internal regulation relationship to improve corporation governance structure.This paper,under the strategic regulation relationship,aims to discuss such problems of bank management as regulation development,bank regulation development,internal regulation thought and reconstruction strategy of risk management system.
