Abstract

Opinions vary over the problem of imputation that is the core of the law of tort.This paper makes an analysis of the theories on imputation principles,revealing their relevant theoretical inadequacies.The paper argues the imputation principle in the law of tort should be set up as an integration of fault responsibility and strict responsibility.
