Influencing Factors and Evaluation Index for National Scientific Communication Capacity

Scientific communication bears a close relationship with scientific innovation and knowledge economy,which proves that much attention must be paid to the development of scientific communication,improvement of the capacity for scientific communication and establishment of scientific communication system.The paper makes a preliminary discussion of the problems and the influencing factors in the national scientific communication capacity,on the basis of which it puts forward an index system for evaluation of such capacity.
