On the Background and Significance of Public Display System in Higher Education Institution Student Management

With the development of higher education in China,the institutions of related administrative rules and regulations tend to be more and more standardized,which brings about an important issue in Chinese universities and colleges,i.e.,how to upgrade the level of management with human-oriented spirit so as to build an equal and harmonious campus.This paper discusses the signification of replacing public warning system with public display system in higher education institution student management in search of a more proactive and interactive management model.
