The Right to Education and China's Judicial Practices

The right to education is an important subject in the research of China's Constitutional Law and Human Rights Law,and the problem of which has also been discussed in and among many countries for many years.In terms of theory,this essay argues from the nature,essence and system of the right to education.As to the question of how to protect it,the essay first defines the concept of right protection as"prior protection"and"remedy protection",then demonstrates from the aspect of remedy protection and discusses the remedy system for improving the right to education on the basis of the analysis of China's judicial practices.
