Success Factors for Sino-foreign Intercultural Teams Cooperation

Within the process of internationalization in China,intercultural and international cooperation is more common than before.The international oriented enterprises have to face the challenge caused by diversity.It is a main theme for many international enterprises to transform cultural diversity into advantage.Whether or not an intercultural team will be successfully operated will affect international enterprises significantly.This paper attempts to analyze the success factors for operating Sino-foreign teams with related culture theory and an empirical study on Sino-European students groups.
