The Study of Economy Mobilization Potential in Using the Method of Concept Operation

This essay summarizes the theoretical dilemma of research in national economy mobilization potential,and inspired by the sociological method as used in the mobilization area,it first introduces the method of concept operation in sociological study and then applies it to the study of national economy mobilization potential.The paper further analyzes its feasibility and points out the approach of how to use the method of concept operations,as well as its promotion and limitations.
