On Teleology and the Theory of Morality and Justice

In the course of the development of human society,teleology and the theory of morality and justice are two different moral principles guiding people's behavior alternately or one after another.In this paper,these two principles are defined,the differences between the two are discussed and a new theory of "considering both principle and profit" is proposed with a view to transcending the watershed of teleology and the theory of morality and justice.
