An Analysis on the Key Factors of Knowledge Transfer

Beginning with the processing model of knowledge transfer,this paper analyzes knowledge transfer in terms of five influential factors: nature of knowledge to be transferred,motivations of transfer and expression of the source,motivations of knowledge reception and the capacity of the reception,knowledge compatibility between the source and reception,medium of transfer and its channel.Then the paper gives some suggestions on how to carry an effective knowledge management for corporations.
