The Reform and Adjustment of the College Structure in Chinese Universities

At present Chinese universities are undergoing the transformation of a college structure,which involves the very important factor of collegiate management in the process.This paper proposes the basic principle of party at the core with the participation of administrative management,tutorial teaching and democratic initiative;meanwhile the leadership of the college should be structured in a bipolar way,involving both the party and administration with a focus on the significance of academic freedom.
