A Study of the Evaluation and its Utilization of the Sustainable Competitiveness of Hotels

The sustainable competitiveness of hotel is determined by many factors.Thus,how to assess the sustainable competitiveness of hotels has important implication to their sustainable development.Based on the definition about the meanings of sustainable competitiveness of hotel,this paper sets up the indicators system and an integrated matrix of"Core Competence-Product Competitiveness"of hotel's sustainable competitiveness.The integrated matrix can be classified into four types and each state has different development strategies.Finally,it puts the theory into practice by evaluating ten representative hotels in Qinhuangdao.
