The Problems in Distributing the Education Cost and the benefit of Resource Utility in Military Universities

The development of higher education must be based on the correspondent education investment.This paper firstly analyzes the present situation of college education cost and the feasibility of conducting the education cost distribution,and then points out that,according to the cost distribution theory with market mechanism,a rational educational resource mechanism should be established among the state,school,parents of students and students themselves in order to deal with college education cost as soon as possible.
