The Establishment of a Flexible Supply Chain in Collaborative Partnerships

In the ever competitive modern market,collaborative partnerships are of high uncertainty as they change dynamically according to the market dynamics.Traditional supply chain cannot accommodate such market dynamics,but flexible supply chain caters to such feature with quick response to market changes and customer needs.This paper discusses the establishment of a collaborative partnership,and proposes that in its foundation some issues that deserve attention.
