A Research on the Risk-Preventing System in Credit Guarantee Organizations for Medium-and-Small-Sized Policy Enterprises

At present,the main defects in the system of credit risk scattering of credit guarantee organization in our medium-and-small-sized policy enterprises lie in: the sum of unit guarantee slip is too much,the time limit is too long and the assortment is too singular;the main defects in the system of credit risk diversion are that we haven't fulfilled the anti-guarantee measures to the debtors,the responsibility to share risk between the credit guarantee organization and the coordinated bank is not reasonable,and we are short of credit reguarantee organization;moreover,we have not established the organization of credit-risk compensation.In view of the current situation,from now on,it's better for us to establish and consummate the system of credit risk scattering,credit risk diversion and credit risk compensation to solve the problems directly.
