The Press Warfare in the Information Context

As the information era comes,journalistic and communications warfare(JCW),which is a new counter-measurement in modern information warfare(IW),has been widely recognized.In this paper,the connotation of JCW is expounded,and the action theory of JCW which is divided to message dimension and media dimension is illustrated,and also given is the basic flow chart of its action capability.The JCW action measure is divided into aggressive JCW and defensive JCW in this paper,and JCW action process is explained with the examples of JCW in Iraq war.At the end of this paper prediction of research JCW action measure of our forces in future new military reform is offered.
