The Evaluating System and Methods for Stimulating the Potentiality by the Mode of Agility Mobilization

This paper aims to establish a logical model for the national economic mobilization through a research on the corresponding potentiality by the mode of agility mobilization.It analyzes the constitutions of the national economy and the relevant influential factors,establishes a basic framework of the national economic mobilization,and put forward the contents of the potentiality and the evaluating methods.
