The Industry- Cluster- Based Wuhan Photoelectron Industry

Ports’ industry-cluster-based theory has played an important role in the establishment of regional economic development strategies, and become a powerful tool in facilitating corporate development and enhancing regional competitiveness. This paper focuses on the development of Wuhan photoelectron industry, in which the features of an industry- cluster- based model are prominent but the effects are limited. It proposes thoughts, methods and suggestions for the development of the industry- cluster- based photoelectron industry.
