An Elementary Study of the Research Programme of National Economy Mobilization Theory

In order to build the subject of National Economy Mobilization, it is crucial to establish the research programme. Thpresent author holds that, while establishing the management research programme, we have to use the related achievements of foreigdecision theories and some fruits of the different schools of management that benefits to the field in China; and meanwhile we havto take a deep investigation of the domestic research National Economy Mobilization activities and manage to meet the needs National Economy Mobilization activities. At present, the first step for the establishment of the system is to concern the two aspectthe evaluation of potentiality and the supporting decision system, then to pave the path for piercing the research programme, anthen to achieve more achievements rapidly and finally to improve the related system of the subject.
