A Study of Risks in Financing Natural Gas Pipeline

This paper offers firstly the definition for risks in financing natural gas pipeline, and then an analysis of the financing features of natural gas pipeline projects from the view point of financing agents and an identification of the risk elements in the financing process. It further proposes ways to avoid risks so as to reduce losses and negative possibilities and set up a good environment for financing natural gas pipeline projects.
