A Study of Mobilized Resources in Flexible Network

This essay discusses and describes the function and composition of national economy mobilized resources in flexible network, in order to determine the transformed parts of national resources in the process of mobilization and organize and activate these parts to enlist them in reservation, and to facilitate a modernized information management and establish a resource management network for the purpose of enhancing the capability of resource preservation through national economy mobilization against exigencies from an operation level.
