On the Framework of the Prepared Plan Based on the Decision-making System of Economy Mobilization

National Economy Mobilization Prepared Plan is the accumulation of many experts' experience and knowledge while Economy Mobilization Decision-making is characterized by cognition. Quick Decision-making based on Prepared plan is a very important assistant method. This paper firstly puts forward the framework of Economy Mobilization Decision-making based on prepared plan, then elaborates several phases in the decision-making process: problem interpretation, searching prepared plan, matching and reusing, adjustment and adaptation, and evaluating prepared plan.
