The Cultivation of Information Accomplishment in Higher Education

This paper discusses the definition and standard of information accomplishment. On the basis of the analysis of the characteristics and the necessity of modern society, it points that the cultivation of information accomplishment should be a new concept of higher education in information society. This paper puts forward some countermeasures for cultivating the information competence and information accomplishment of students and it also analyzes some problems that should be emphatically worked out in realizing the rapid and efficient manpower capital increment.
