Agile Mobilization

With the development of National Economy Mobilization, its meaning and applicable fields have changed greatly. Nowadays, many theories and methods about National Economy Mobilization are not compatible with those changes, leading to the lack of appropriate methodology for the instruction of theory research and work. This paper firstly introduces the concept of Agility into National Economy Mobilization theory and puts forward the theory of Agile Mobilization; then it states the background and economic basis of the theory; finally, it discusses the feasibility and problems of taking Agile Mobilization as the methodology to instruct the research on national economy mobilization and the practice.
