The New Security Concept and the Concept of New Scientific Development-a Basic Idea of Promoting National Defense Construction and Coordinative and Interactive Economic Construction

Under the peaceful circumstance of its development, China faces two important themes all the time-Security and Development. Sticking to the new security concepts and the new concept of scientific development is significant for China to push forward its great undertakings of "peaceful development" and "peaceful union", and fully balance the construction of the national defense and the construction of economy. This paper analyzes the connotation, relationship and importance of the two concepts and puts forward the basic thinking mode and some politic suggestions for promoting National Defense Construction and Coordinative and Interactive Economic construction from the aspects of conception, policy, material technology, industry base and mechanism.
