The Development of the Essential Theories of Western Educational Economics——from the theory of manpower capital to the theory of social capital

This paper recalls the history of the development of the essential theories of Western Educational Economics --from the anpower apital theory to the social capital theory and emphasizes that only from the different aspects of economic theories such as the theory of manpower capital and the theory of social capital, the relationship between education and the development of social economy can be mastered more accurately nd more completely.
