Construction of an Appropriate Mechanism for Collegiate Employment Guidance

The collegiate employment guidance for college students concerns how a college survives and develops. This work is generally regarded as the generator that ensures the students’ employment after their graduation. Just because almost all the relevant theories adopted in China are those that were developed by western theorists, and the theoretical points presented by Chinese scholars are based on the western theories. This result has led to the inappropriate employment guidance for Chinese students to meet the needs of the present situation. This paper discusses the problem from the two aspects: the employment guidance actuality and the employment demand of college students, and then presents some points on the development of more feasible employment mechanism while taking reference of some foreign advanced theories.
