A New Perspective of the Internal Resources Allocation and Development in Colleges

Through an analysis of the internal resources allocation and development in Chinese colleges, this paper clarifies the guiding lines, core content and major work in internal resources allocation and development in colleges. It points out that the principles and thoughts that school authorities must stick to dealing with the resources allocation and development and set a good example of doing research in college sustainable development.
