The Significance of Training a New Generation of Representatives of the Non-communist Parties for the Construction of the Socialist Political Civilization

The new generation of Intellectuals from the non-communist parties has greatly changed with the establishment and gradual completion of the socialist market economy system as well as the reform of the socialist political system. The training and guiding of them will exercise more important influence upon the socialist political civilization construction. This influence lies in the following three aspects: the politic qualities of the intellectuals will effect the achievement in the reform of political system of the people from the non-communist parties and personages without party affiliation; the intellectuals are a part of the people who will build up the great construction of politic and culture; they have double duty in building up the healthy society of citizens, while the healthy society of citizens offers a great social ecology for the development of the socialist political civilization construction.
