On the Mobilization of the Industry of National Defense Science and Technology under the Condition of New Military Reform

China launched new military strategy guideline in this new period when facing the worldwide new military reform. According to status quo of the industry of national defense science and technology and the new military reform, this paper points out that the industry should: be based on the scientific progress to improve the weapons and equipments; take the advantage of modern information and technology; focus on the improvement of the industry of mobilization of national defense science and technology; form a new pattern of national defense science and technology industry which can balance the war time and peace time and where those soldiers and civilians can live harmoniously; strengthen the reform of the system of the industry of national defense science and technology.
