Hierarchy and Systematic Engineering of National Economy Mobilization

National economy mobilization is a structural system project. This view is important to instruct the design, development and practice of national economy mobilization, and to establish a flexible and efficient national economy mobilization system. This article analyzes influence of the structure on mobilization engineering and information, proposing suggestions to be analysis and designing of functioning models, interface joints, system structure and technical norms of crisis and emergency handling system.
