A Study of Compromise Effectiveness in Civil Execution

The compromise of civil execution is extensively applied in judicial practices in China. It is generally believed in the legal circle that this action has double features, namely those of private law and procedure law, so an effective compromise of execution should include constituents of the law action and the litigation action. In details, the compromise of civil execution should consist of these constituents these four elements, namely parties, contents, meaning expression and forms, which are the prerequisites in an effective law action and litigation action.
