On Apr 29th 2003, the Basel Committee has released a third draft for New Capital Accord, which lifts more challenges for national commercial banks and governmental supervision authorities. This article uses game analysis theory to analyze the regulation of commercial banks and discuss China's situations from the New Basel Capital Accord perspective.
