The Issue of Subsidies and Countervailing and an analysis of Equal Trade

Excessive and unreasonable subsidy and abusive anti-subsidy measures have affected the healthy development and fairness of international trade, twisting or harming interests of trading parties. The establishment and improvement of Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures (ASCM)/WTO just serves for the regulation of each country's subsidies and countervailing measures. Under the current framework of WTO, new features are seen from each country's subsidies and countervailing measures. China should perfect its subsidy system, which is in accordance with WTO principles and start countervailing measures and get ready for foreign investigations of countervailing.
