On the Reference and Application of the Humanistic Conception of the Western Management

The establishment and application of the managerial humanism are the inevitable tendency of the long-term managerial practice and the objective requirement for raising managerial efficiency in modern management activities. Modern management views man as not only the essential element and means of the productivity but as the goal of the management itself. It is significant for Chinese socialist modernization to take a reference of the western humanistic concept and apply it in Chinese socialist modern management.
