The Application of the Method of Entropy-weighted Double Base Points in Risk Assessment of Weapon System Development

Based on real risk assessment data of a weapon system development project, by using of the method of entropy-weighted double base points, this paper makes assessment of the technical, programmatic, supportability, schedule, cost risk of the project and puts them in order, overcomes the drawback that weights are subjectively decided in traditional assessment methods. It provides scientific basis for guiding risk management.
