Management Buy-outs: a Mode of Withdrawing Venture Capital

As is known to all, whether there is a channel to lead to a successful withdrawal is one of the standards to verifying whether a Venture Capital is successful. An analysis of the present situation of Chinese Venture Capital shows that the main trouble of the investment is the block of the channel, which is mainly owing to the immaturity of the investment markets where the foreign modes can not be applied. This paper discusses the approach of purchasing the managerial part for the withdrawal of the Venture Capital through the analysis of the feasibility and difficulty as well as the operation conditions and steps.
