The Application of WTO Assurance Measures

By an analysis of some cases of international trade, this paper studies such applicable conditions in WTO assurance measures as "conditions without foreseeing, amplification of the import amount, and severe damage and the threat of severe damage, etc.", then discusses the problems that are apt to cause argument, and disagreements between the pacted sides, and the possible way to solve the problems. Some measures are proposed in the final part.
