  • After an analysis of the present situation of the doctorate student recruit and the needs of high-rank personnel, this paper discusses how to deepen the reform of doctorate recruit and try to actively meet the needs of the society by means of optimizing the structure of the majors, controlling the qualities of new students, exerting advisers' activity, and making a scientific recruiting plan.
