A Study of Civil Responsibility of the False Statement in Stock Markets

False statement is a civil case of stock deceiving.This paper discusses the legal character of this kind of cases,and points out that such a crime results in breach of faith,responsibility of depriving other's right,and both of the two re-sponsibilities.On the basis of the discussion,the paper analyzes how to have a cognizance of relations of the causes and ef-fect in a civil case,and points out that it is necessary to introduce foreign standard of cause-effect cognizance.In the last part the paper further analyzes the legal effect of a false statement.
