The "442" Corporate Model——A Theoretical Exploration of the Reform of the State-owned Enterprises in the City of Nanjing

To meet the needs of the state-owned enterprises' (SOEs) shaking off poverty and further development, Nanjing municipal government invented a new enterprise model--"442 Corporate Model". Having been carried out since 1999, it has achieved satisfactory results. Compared with traditional SOEs, the 442 enterprises show advantageous performance in incentive, governance, innovation and complementariness in a corporate system. The inspiration for SOEs by the 442 corporate model mainly displays great role.
