Orientation of China' s Science and Technology Policy and Law after Access into WTO

Oriented by the characteristic of scientific activities,government should be dominant in deciding the allocation of science resources and give support to RD with its major means as policies,legislation,and schedules.The paper sorts the means of government policy support in terms of manner,object,stage of RD activity and goal.Along with the relative rules and regulations of WTO,it analyses the current system of policies and laws for science and technology and points out the direction for future adjustment.
