The Purpose of Bankruptcy and the Establishment of Free Responsibility

The1986"PRC Enterprise Bankruptcy Law(proposed edition)"is inadequate to accommodate the demand of the development of the market economy.The legislation of the new version is to involve many new problems.With the expansion of the body applied to of the draft,the system of free responsibility to a natural man is a necessary norm.Why to establish such a system?With reference of relevant foreign experiences in this field,this paper focuses on the discussion of some problems in the establishment of the system in China.
